We have a team of professionally trained and skilled employees to handle your projects from the launch to the completion; guiding you in each and every step necessary. They are lead by the following three individuals:
Robert A. Ayerle, CEO and President
Mr. Ayerle founded the Parec Companies in 1985 and has been its Chairman and President since its inception. He is currently responsible for the overall operation and management and its affiliated companies. In this role, Mr. Ayerle provides the leadership and direction in order that the investment objectives may be met for the company and its investing partners.
Mr. Ayerle is an investor in several privately held companies. He sits on the board of Caldicot Properties (Belair, MD), Lee Real Estates (Nantucket, MA), Wellbridge Partners (Blue Bell, PA) and U.S. Lubes, Inc. (Blue Bell, PA).
Prior to forming Parec, Mr. Ayerle was Vice President of due diligence for the Franklin Realty Group, a national real estate syndication company.
Mr. Ayerle graduated with a B.A. in business administration from Loyola College in Maryland. Mr. Ayerle is a Pennsylvania licensed real estate agent.

David S. Gray, Senior Vice President and Treasurer
Mr. Gray joined Parec in 1996 and is responsible for the overall administration and financial management of the company and its affiliates. His responsibilities include oversight of corporate financial planning, banking relationships and tax compliance matters.
Prior to joining Parec, Mr. Gray worked for Capital Asset Services, a company engaged in the consultation, operation and receivership of troubled companies. Prior thereto, he worked for the Franklin Realty Group where he supervised the overall financial administration of the company including the syndicated partnerships, property management company and data processing department.
Mr. Gray graduated with a B.S. in accounting from Eastern University in St. Davids, PA. He obtained his CPA designation in 1980. Mr. Gray is a past adjunct professor of accounting at Eastern University.

Michael J. Tyrrell, Vice President and Broker of Record
Mr. Tyrrell joined Penn American Real Estate Company in 1994. Mr. Tyrrell is responsible for all leasing activities for the company’s owned and managed assets. Mr. Tyrrell is responsible for identifying potential tenants, negotiating lease terms and overseeing the construction of tenant fit-outs. Additionally, he maintains a liaison with the existing tenants, the management company and the owners of the properties. Mr. Tyrrell oversees all of the marketing activities for the company including advertising, information supplied to brokers and community relations.
Prior to joining Penn American, Mr. Tyrrell worked as a property manager and leasing agent for Hansen Properties, a developer of commercial real estate. Mr. Tyrrell was responsible for managing over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial assets.
Mr. Tyrrell graduated with a B.S. in accounting from LaSalle University, Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Tyrrell is a Pennsylvania licensed real estate broker.
